Terms and conditions:

1. This voucher qualifies you for 1 x ( 19 kg LPG bottle ) only as a once-off.

(The discounted cash value of the 19kg LPG bottle (filled) is R 1850.00 (ex VAT)

2. Kindly email sales@egoligas.co.za should you wish to purchase a secondary LPG bottle.

3. This voucher is only applicable to Egoli Gas customers, being affected by the termination in the East of Johannesburg on 31 January 2024.

4. This voucher is only valid until 30 November 2023.

5. This voucher is not transferable and is only redeemable by the individual listed in Egoli’s register as being the lawful recipient of the voucher.

6. Egoli Gas does not make any warranties or accept any responsibility in respect of the gas cylinder purchased pursuant to redeeming this voucher. By redeeming this voucher, the holder of the voucher acknowledges that Egoli Gas are neither the owner nor the supplier of the gas cylinder. Egoli has simply facilitated the acquisition of the voucher by the customer at no cost to the customer. The customer has absolute freedom of choice and is free to engage with any service provider of his/her choice for the purposes of procuring a gas cylinder, and is under no obligation to redeem the voucher.

7. The voucher holder ("Indemnitee") agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Egoli Gas, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors in title and representatives (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Any misuse or abuse of the voucher by the Indemnitee or any third party acting on behalf of or with the consent of the Indemnitee;

• Any act or omission by the Indemnitee or a third party that involves fraud, negligence, misconduct, or violation of applicable law or this agreement;

• Any third-party claims arising from the Indemnitee's use or possession of the voucher;

• Any failure by the Indemnitee to comply with the terms and conditions of this voucher or any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

This indemnity will survive the expiry or termination of this voucher.

8. Egoli Gas reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time pertaining to these vouchers. Such amended terms and conditions will be communicated in writing, and/or published on our official website.
